Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will include tracking information.

Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer various shipping options to best suit your needs, including:

- Standard shipping flat rate $9.95 - 3-7 business days depending on carrier.

- Express shipping flat rate $12.95 - 2-3 business days depending on carrier.

All orders over $99.00 will be shipped for free of charge.

Orders are shipped from Tasmania by Australia Post.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as weather delays or carrier issues, may affect arrival times.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment and estimated delivery date. If you have any questions about your order status, feel free to contact us.

Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority at Devils Bluff Coffee Co. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or if your order has arrived damaged or defected, please contact us via email.

Returns

You may be eligible for a return of your purchase within 30 days of the receipt date.

To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at info@devilsbluffcoffeeco.com.au. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will assist you in approving your return, including any specific instructions.

Please ensure that the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for any costs incurred with the return of the purchased product.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened coffee bags or items marked as non-returnable due to hygiene and safety standards. Please double-check your order before finalising your purchase.

Refunds

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received. Please allow additional time for processing by your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective item or an item that differs from what you ordered, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for an exchange at no additional cost to you, including covering shipping for the replacement product.
